Mr. Harjeet Singh Kalsi

Managing Director

Mr. Harjeet Singh Kalsi is a seasoned industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with extensive expertise in agricultural equipment and machinery. He brings deep domain knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering, product development and industry operations, contributing significantly to the Company’s strategic direction and growth.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bundelkhand University. His strong technical foundation, combined with three decades of hands-on industry experience, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the agro-equipment sector and its evolving requirements.

As Managing Director, Mr. Kalsi leverages his astute manufacturing knowledge, technical expertise and extensive industry experience to drive operational excellence, product development and sustainable growth for the Company. His leadership is focused on strengthening manufacturing capabilities, enhancing product quality and building long-term value for all stakeholders.

Kamaljeet Singh Kalsi

Non-Executive Director & Promoter

Mr. Kamaljeet Singh Kalsi is a Promoter and Non-Executive Director of Gurunanak Agriculture India Limited, with hands-on experience in the research, development and manufacturing of agricultural machinery.

He has pursued B.Tech at Harper Adams University, a leading institution specialising in agriculture, agricultural engineering and related disciplines.

Mr. Kalsi has been associated with the Company since 2018, gaining approximately six years of hands-on experience in the agricultural machinery industry. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on September 23, 2024.

His key areas of expertise include Research & Development (R&D), manufacturing and technological advancement of agricultural equipment, with particular focus on Electric Reapers and Track Harvesters. He has played an important role in advancing the Company’s technological capabilities and supporting the development of innovative solutions for the agricultural sector.

As a Non-Executive Director, Mr. Kalsi brings a technology-focused and innovation-oriented perspective to the Board, contributing to the Company’s continued focus on product development, manufacturing capabilities and the evolving needs of modern agriculture.

Jaspreet Kaur

Whole Time Director & Promoter

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Punjab University.

She has more than 9 years of experience within the company.

Appointed to the board on June 1, 2024, and re-designated as Whole-Time Director on September 23, 2024.

Specializes in financial management, resource utilization, and accounting oversight.

Instrumental in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing cost efficiency, and streamlining accounting practices.
